Who We Are

We are a family farm in south central Iowa, right in the heart of the Midwest.

What we do

We raise beef and pork to fill your freezer with, and have been for over 25 years. Our passion is producing high quality meat that you can feel good about feeding to your family, year after year!

Currently we only offer Piedmontese beef and home-raised pork online, but contact us to talk about our Angus/Hereford beef (we sell by the quarter, half, and whole cow).

We believe strongly in local foods; which is why we currently do not offer shipping. All of our meat is processed within 30 miles of our farm. We support local and we think you should too!

Why?

In our opinion the distance between producer and consumer is way larger than it should be; both in physical miles and in a communication sense. People just don't know where their food comes from, who raises it, or how it's raised. We want to bridge the gap. We want you to know your food, and know your farmers!

FAQs

You can place your order online (we accept all major credit cards, and Apple Pay.) If you want to pay with cash when you pick up, you can direct message us on Facebook or call or text the number on our website. You will receive an email when your order has been filled, then pick up your order at our Norwalk Meet for Meat at the Norwalk City Park on Sundays from 4-5 PM.
Order by Noon on Sunday to ensure your order will be with us that day!
We believe that happy, healthy animals produce better meat. When animals are sick, we believe in giving them medicine to help them get better. All antibiotics are used under the direction of a veterinarian. We don’t use hormones, ever.
The farm is located outside of Norwalk Iowa!
